C-Con 2026
 

Looking to sell your handmade artwork? Apply for a table in the Artists' Alley by filling out the interest form above to receive the Artist form, which is due February 28. After accepted, submit your $10 reservation deposit* by March 14 to secure your spot. Please note that exhibiting artists are responsible for their own table decor, which is a great way to attract customers but not mandatory. Decor and setups should be limited to 3 feet tall, and art MUST be your own or belonging to another BSU student and sold on their behalf with their permission. AI "art" and AI-assisted works are NOT tolerated and if you are found selling works generated even partially by AI, we will ask you to pack up and you will not be granted table space at future C-Cons.

*Please Note: The $10 deposit fee is to prevent last-minute no-shows. All deposits will be returned to the artists the day of the event once seeing their tables are set up and ready for the event.

Have a show-stopping convention panel, presentation, or demo to share? Game to play? Dance to perform? Reserve a panel space! Panels last 1 hour each, including ten minutes to set up/reset the space. Fill out the interest form above to learn more and begin to apply. Please note that due to limited space, applications are subject to scrutiny and do not guarantee that your panel will be approved. Final applications are due February 28th.

Want to be a friendly face at C-Con? Apply to be a volunteer! This position is low-commitment, consisting of as many or as few shifts as you want, handing out brochures, helping attendees find events, and providing an extra pair of hands when needed. Apply by filling out the interest form above to have priority selection on shifts and receive the most up-to-date information leading up to C-Con. This position comes with free snacks! Applications are due March 18.

Do you have a student organization that would LOVE to be a part of C-Con? Join us! Student orgs from all across campus are welcome to join our amazing list of collaborators. Come host a panel, run an activity room, or even just help promote to show your support. If you are a student org officer and your club is interested in collaborating, reach out to us through the "Contact Us" tab to start the conversation. If you are interested in hosting a table or panel, being a collaborating organization is not a requirement, just fill out the Interest Form like any other participant.
